In this workshop you will develop and strengthen your emotional intelligence through a combination of activities, and discussions on topics such as self-awareness, self-regulation and emotional independence. Emotions have one of the highest impacts on your wellbeing, therefore, we will spend some time on practical skills and techniques to understand them and their impact, and manage them effectively.
